Front dyed ribbon

The "colored yarn" is made into colored yarn discs (warp yarn) through the processes of warping and yarn drawing; the made discs are put on the loom, and the warp and weft yarns are interlaced to make "finished ribbon products", and the finished products are sorted and counted (length) in the processes of ribbon straightening and striping.

Post-dyed ribbon

After the ribbon is finished, the "ribbon" is placed in the dyeing and finishing machine for dyeing and ironing to make the "ribbon finished product".

Jacquard process

1. Customers provide samples or pattern drafts; 2. Computer pattern layout; 3. After layout, color yarn, yarn drawing, yarn threading, yarn loading and yarn joining are required according to the sample; 4. Computer jacquard loom programming; 5. Adjust the machine weaving belt (inspection); 6. Weave the finished product and carry out the ironing process; 7.) 8. Tape packaging and quality inspection, and laboratory inspection at the same time; 9. The finished product is put into the waiting warehouse for shipment; 10. Shipment

Production ability

The company was founded in 1983. Taiwan Yonglong Factory produces nylon webbing for domestic and foreign markets. In 1995, it invested in mainland China to establish Yonglong Weaving (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., which is a Taiwanese-funded enterprise.
