From a Taiwan weaving town to Huizhou, China

Yonglong was founded in 1983 in Taiwan’s Changhua County—long known as the “kingdom of weaving”—and established our mainland plant in Huizhou, Guangdong in 1995. Today we remain a Taiwan-invested enterprise, carrying four decades of narrow-fabric know-how into every roll we ship.

What 400 looms and a fully vertical workshop look like

Walk through our factory and you will see the entire webbing production process in one building: yarn dyeing, warping, weaving, finishing, inspection, and packing. Our equipment floor includes 400 weaving looms, 10 atmospheric and 5 high-temperature dyeing machines, 3 cheese dyeing machines, and 10 jacquard machines—so dyeing, plain/twill weaving, and jacquard patterning all happen in-house, under our own quality system.

We run two classic routes: pre-dyed webbing (yarn dyed first, for precise color matching) and post-dyed webbing (woven greige first, for large uniform runs). For branded programs, our jacquard looms turn customer artwork into woven logos and patterns, supported by computer-aided patterning and sampling.

Quality you can verify, not just claim

Finished rolls are checked against each customer’s inspection standard, with sampling tests in our laboratory before goods move to the ready-to-ship warehouse. The company holds an ISO quality management system certification and multiple SGS test reports (e.g., SGS KE_2017_62621, SGS KE_2017_62622) covering our main product lines.
